Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service providing free, safe hospital travel for patients whose medical conditions or mobility needs prevent them from using public or private transport.

The Patient Transport Service (PTS) provides NHS-funded transport for eligible people who are unable to travel to their healthcare appointments by any other means due to their need for a specially adapted vehicle, specialist equipment or the skills of trained staff during the journey.
