You should soon receive an invite to attend the Leeds Upper Limb Unit where further assessment of your shoulder will be undertaken, however, in the meantime it is advantageous to begin the early stage exercises.

Early Stage Rehabilitation
For some patient with low levels of activity and less physically demanding occupations, the basic exercises may be sufficient to achieve their pre dislocation requirements.
Advanced Rehabilitation
Further rehabilitation may be beneficial to achieve the stability required for your activity demands on your shoulder.
