At Leeds we value and respect your feedback and will use this to improve services. Raising concerns are welcomed and will not affect your hospital treatment in any way.

The PALS Service is a non-clinical, free and confidential point of contact within the hospital. The team will provide advice or information, to help resolve your concerns or queries or signpost you to the relevant services

If your concerns cannot be addressed directly by the PALS team, they will coordinate sending your concerns to the most appropriate department/manager.

It is the responsibility of the department/manager to respond directly to you and ensure your questions or concerns are fully addressed.

The team also receive compliments from patients relating to their experiences and share these with the relevant services and management teams.

Our aim is to agree the most appropriate way to deal with your enquiry and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
