Patients seen are a mix of new and follow up, benign and oncology men aged over 18 years who suffer mainly with erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, ejaculatory issues (premature, delayed, anejaculation), performance anxiety and they also treat men requiring post-cancer penile rehabilitation. Referrals come from GP’s, in house medics and other speciality areas.
The CNS’s diagnose, assess and treat patients with lifestyle advice, PDE5 inhibitor (tablets), Vacuum erection devices, Intraurethral alprostadil (Vitaros+), intracavernosal injections (Alprostadil and Invicorp), and pre-operative penile prosthesis counselling. The CNS’s also see men after penile prosthesis surgery to teach them how to use the device and deal with any trouble shooting issues.
